Every project needs to first have a properly structured game plan, and our experienced and friendly project managers will guide you through each element -budgets, permits, timelines, etc. - to make sure you’re completely comfortable every step of the way.
Getting a Quote

Contact us with a high-level overview of your project and one of our estimators will scope out the project and provide you with a free quote. There are no charges nor obligations.

We’ll sit down with you to discuss your vision, and even offer some expert advice. Our estimators have seen it all and are here to help - if they see anything concerning, they’ll let you know.

After getting an understanding of your project, we’ll take down measurements and consult with our suppliers and tradespeople to get you the best price that fits your budget without sacrificing quality.
Starting the Project

Discuss your vision with one of our project managers to align on some of your project’s more intricate details. Don’t be afraid to ask questions! This is your vision and we want to make sure we are in complete alignment.

Collect and share some ideas for design influences. You can start with some rough sketches and, if necessary, we’ll connect you with one of our design specialists to develop floor plans or elevations and bring your vision to life.

Now that you’r win love with your design, we may need to engineer and apply for permits and approvals with your local municipality. This typically applies to larger projects and may not be required for a bathroom or basement renovation.
Complete the Reno

Now that your drawings and permits are in place, it’s time to work out a schedule. We understand that moving out of your home isn’t always an option, so we’ll make sure to work out a schedule to ensure that the renovation has minimal impact on your day-to-day life.

Our project manager will handle every aspect of your renovation, including procuring materials, securing trades, demotion, construction and clean-up. We’ll also work with your condo concierge, if required, to ensure we adhere to the condo board’s regulations.

Renovations can get messy, even at the best of times! That means when the work is done, our team will clean the space as much as possible and dispose of leftover materials and garbage. That way, your space is ready to for the grand unveiling!
