Designers offer a lifehack: paint your bedroom in a light pastel cold tone to keep the feeling that temperature is lower. They also recommend avoiding colors that are too bright that could affect the quality of sleeping and insomnia.

Next detail is flooring. Carpets could be a dust collecting option but let you not worry about the cold floor. Hardwood floor is easy to clean but with night wakes up you’ll need home slippers to keep your feet warm. 

Of course, you need to check your bedroom for any mold signs and choose the more clean materials as possible. Night time is a time when our bodies heal from any psychological and physical problems. That’s why any renos in your bedroom has to help you with making your personal life better.
